COMP Cams® warrants that all of the products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and against excessive wear for a period of twelve months from date of purchase. This limited warranty shall apply for a period of one year from the date of purchase and shall cover only the original purchaser. This warranty is valid on camshafts only where new lifters and proper valve springs are used, such as those found in COMP Cams® Kits.
COMP Cams® obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair of replacement of the product. To make a warranty claim, call for a Return Authorization Number and return the item with freight prepaid and insured within the one year period of purchase. Items covered under warranty will be returned to you freight collect.
There is absolutely no warranty on the following:
- A) Any part used in racing applications
- B) Any product that has been physically altered or improperly installed/maintained
- C) Any product used in an improper application, abused, or not used in conjuction with the proper parts

COMP Cams®, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury/damage to the extent permitted by law.
