You have to have a pan on the bottom of your GM Turbo HydraMatic automatic transmission, but it doesn't have to be as cool as this one. Like the stock pan, it is stamped from sheet steel, but that‘s where the resemblance stops. Unlike the black paint on your stock pan, this won't peel or rust within a few months. If your old pan is dented, rusty or just plain ugly, this stylish pan is a bolt-on alternative. Oh – your stock pan doesn't have a drain plug, forcing you to remove the pan for routine ATF changes? This one has a drain plug port already welded into place, and includes a plug and reusable sealing washer.
