They called to schedule delivery and all went smoothly. The install directions however left out you need a 15 mm socket to remove the bumper bolts and a 19 mm socket for the stainless nuts to mount the guard. Also you need to measure 36" between the upper mounts before you tighten them else your be removing the grill again to get this dimension correct. You will need a second person to lift the guard into place. Heavy, nice. All is all, I love it. A lot a whole day to install with a winch and order the tow rings as you will need them as the factory ones do not get reused.

This grille guard (57-92505) is extremely well built and looks great on my 2014 F-150 FX4. You do not need to remove the secondary air-dam attached to the bumper. You can simply slip the HD connectors through the open slots at the bottom and attach the inner and outer bolts and then simply drill a hole through the air-dam for the center bolt (wide enough for your socket). Saves a ton of time! Also, if using a Hawse Fairlead on your winch you will need to get shorter bolts and nuts in order to align a Warn 10.5 winch over the mounting holes. Other then that, installation was very easy and straight forward.

Nice look and quality. needed to purchase longer bolt to install thru bull bar. Electrical schematic was good except i needed to watch video to understand the hook up to the " parking lights". I believe it should say " driving lights or running lights". Other than that it was not difficult and they work great.

Installation was a breeze (according to my dealer.I paid him to do it!) It's heavy, about 100lbs, so this isn't some cheap tailpipe tubing, folks. This is the real deal. Serious protection for the front of your expensive truck. Very well made, and give the truck a huge, rugged look. It goes well with the styling of my '14 Silverado, and doesn't look like it was stuck on as an afterthought. It looks like it belongs there. I bought this to keep the deer off my grille.

Brought this brush guard with winch tray, for my 2015 Ford F250. My first worry was how to remove the front bumper without setting off air bag. I am 61 years old with basic shade tree garage skills, after studying the front bumper it came off with no problem. The instructions that came with the guard were a little confusing until I got the bumper off, then they made better sense. It took me about 6 hrs to install the guard, winch and off road lights. I did this job by myself but an extra hand would have been nice. The guard really looks great and I would recommend it. Just make sure you have the basic skills needed.

I bought this grill guard after having my pickup repaired due to a deer strike. The guard looks great, and is actually better built than I had imagined. The primary frame is well built, and the accent bars and brush guards are large enough to look very solid. Hopefully I will never need it for another deer problem, but I'm sure it will hold up well. CARiD was very simple to work with and provided an excellent value on this piece. I saved almost 50% over buying directly from Westin. Great experience!

Grille looks great and was easy to install. 2" tube construction makes this thing a true wrecking ball on wheels. A great value through CARiD. My only problem was the manufacturer provided 2 replacement bolts to reattach my tow hooks on 2014 RAM lonestar, they should have provided 4- 2 for each side. I had to run to hardware store to get some for temporary use and they are sending me some to swap out with later.

2014 Toyota Tundra

This is by far the best grille guard I ever purchased. Been buying guards for my trucks since the 70's. The guard is really extra heavy duty and looks great. Looks like it was custom made for my black 2014 Toyota Tundra 4x4. The discounted price made it even a better purchase. It mounted on the truck very easily and fits like a glove. Took about two hours but you definitely need help due the the weight of the guard. You will have to remove the extra large tow hooks on the front end but well worth it for the protection you will get from this guard. We have a lot of deer between Del Rio and my ranch at Langtry. I feel that my truck is protected very well with this guard. Many vehicles get destroyed every year out here due the the accidental impact with deer. Those light duty guards are just for looks. You can not go wrong with this Westin on the 2014 and 2015 Tundra.

This is one heavy duty grille guard. It looks great! It does have a few shortcomings though. The punch plate rattles. I don't know if will be able to hear it when driving but it is springy and make noise. The installation instructions are some of the worst I have seen. You need to figure out where to cut the air dam on your own. That is after you figure out you need to remove the frame horns. You can kind of make out in the picture that they are not there but it is iffy. I'm happy with the way it turned out. All in all, it was worth the trouble.
