The shield will protect your air filter from excessive dirt when off-roading or other dusty conditions. It will also guard your filter from water splashes when driving through puddles during heavy rains. Most importantly, this shield will provide a buffer between your air filter and engine heat, allowing cooler air to flow into your intake and further improve performance.

The heat shield comes with complete instructions and everything required for installation.

Note: The heat shield is made to serve as a water and heat repellent. Do not submerge in water or expose to extreme heat.
