Warranty

Unity Automotive offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all suspension products (with the exception of suspension compressors and products with electrical components). All products are covered by lifetime warranty from defects in materials or workmanship. Compressors and electronic products warranties are limited to 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Compressor warranty will be voided if all air suspension components were not replaced prior to installation of the compressor. (NOTE: The #1 cause for failed compressors is a leak in the air suspension system.)

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage (scratches, nicks and dents). The warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, misuse, water, flood, fire, or any act of nature or external cause. The warranty does not cover improper installation or a product that was modified or altered without written consent of Unity Automotive. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and an invoice, sales order or receipt for the purchase must be provided.

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. In no event shall Unity Automotive be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Unity Automotive product or from defects in the Unity Automotive product. Cost of removal and installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Unity Automotive obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

Unity® 11606 - Front Passenger Side Comp

I needed to have the struts replaced on a Honda CRV and my mechanic was going to rebuild each of the four struts because he wasn't able to find "quick struts"/"complete struts" on his system for the vehicle. This was going to cost more in parts and be a heck of a lot more labor and therefore costs. I asked him to hold off for a day while I researched the parts for myself. I came across these Unity Complete Strut Assembly parts for all four struts. They arrived quickly (just a few days). I inspected each box to check for damage, completeness of the order, etc and all four appeared to have been packaged well and looked to be as advertised. My mechanic installed them and he said they were fine and didn't see any problem with them. This is the first time I've had to really learn about struts and have them replaced on a vehicle. But these were able to be installed quickly and without issue (according to my mechanic). He liked that he didn't have to disassemble then reassemble four struts and I really liked how much money it saved us! Seriously, the difference from the initial quote to the second one using quick struts was tremendous!! So, very glad with how these have turned out - so far. We've only had them in for a few weeks but seem to work as they're supposed to - they're struts; they keep the wheels on the road.
