The Royal Purple Synfilm Recip. 100 is a premium synthetic lubricant that delivers unrivaled performance to reciprocating air compressors. It prevents excessive wear and protects discharge valves from harmful carbon deposits. In addition, the oil removes moisture from metal surfaces and protects them against corrosion and rust. It's as well important that the oil is environmentally sound: it biodegrades and leaves only small quantities of Calcium Carbonate and Calcium Sulfate that are naturally occurring minerals.
All Royal Purple products are born to work for your vehicle while bringing you numerous benefits in the long run. The oils and lubes are rigorously tested by the RP experts and perfected on the track to enhance performance and offer superb protection for anything wrapped in metal. But what makes the RP products outperform their competitors? It’s the exclusive, proprietary Synerlec additive technology, which is the cornerstone of RP’s entire product line. Synerlec forms a tough ionic bond on metal parts in order to displace corrosive moisture. The Synerlec-enhanced products provide impressive film strength that is up to four hundred percent stronger when compared to other leading oils and lubricants.
It’s also important that Royal Purple remains on the metal surface longer than other lubricants squeezed out by heat and pressure. It improves mating surfaces by responding to increased pressure with increased viscosity until the metal peaks undergo deformation and flow into the low spots. Believe it or not, but with continuous use of Royal Purple, the metal surface becomes impressively smooth. What is more, the RP products are extremely clean, which improves equipment reliability by 300-700 percent. Although there are hundreds and thousands of synthetic motor oils to choose from, Royal Purple is really the only way to go.
Currently based in Porter, Texas, Royal Purple continues to grow in America and internationally. It was established by John Williams in 1986. Today the company focuses exclusively on creating state-of-the-art lubricants to meet and often exceed the specific demands of automotive, motorcycle, racing, and marine enthusiasts. Royal Purple's sole mission is to design high performance products that outperform other synthetic and mineral-based oils. The RP products are formulated with the manufacturer's proprietary Synerlec additive technology, which is the cornerstone of the Royal Purple entire product line.
