About Renault Trafic

The Renault Trafic is a tradename for a generation of light vans produced by the Renault company. The Trafic was sold from 1980 to 2000 and it was a few times revised and updated during its lifetime. The Trafics are available in six body styles: panel van, high-roof van, double cab, platform cab, combi, and LW combi. In 1990 the Trafic parts received a major facelift. The Renault Trafic is available with 1.4L – 2.5L diesel and petrol engines equipped with both types of transmission.

The handling of the Trafic is excellent, Trafic turns in a smooth performance on all types of surface. The Renault Trafic is a vehicle with a strong and expressive appearance. This car can be adapted to meet every need. Depending on the version, Renault Trafic can carry from five to eight cubic meters of goods and up to nine people for the combi versions.

The current version of the van exists in several variants, from a 3-seater with all the rear space available for loads, to a 9-seater. The interior Trafic parts are designed both practical and spacious. The functional dashboard includes multiple storage spaces for personal use. The car includes a lot of safety systems installed: ABS, EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution), ESP, brake Assist, front, side and curtain airbags. In 2002 Renault Trafic was voted an International Van of the Year. In 2006 the Trafic was facelifted featuring orange indicators swapped for clear ones more integrated into the headlamp housings.

In regards to minivans and light vans, you do not normally use the phrase "innovatively designed." The Renault Trafic changes the rules up, as it is a trendy, stylish vehicle that provides all of the services drivers need and expect out of these "step up" vehicles. The Trafic has it inside to punch through in a tight jam, as the model performs with a delightful level of smoothness. The interior parts are thoughtfully arranged, betraying a surprising amount of space that is not evident from the outside. What really makes headlines is the sloping exterior, which is attractive, intriguing, and worth only the best accessories.
