The product looks fantastic in my car. Really makes such a big difference. Installation was pretty straight forward and if you follow the installation directions it goes smoothly and fairly quickly. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend for anyone looking to update their dash.

I ordered the kit online and it arrived 11 days later. It was pretty hard getting the pieces off of the cardboard packaging, and some of the cardboard stuck to the pieces as I removed them. (The guy who is responsible for keeping the pieces in place in the packaging really knows what he's doing!) The cardboard is like flypaper (really sticky) and at the factory, after the pieces are dropped on it, another layer of plastic is put on top. Looking back, the hardest part of the project was removing the pieces from the cardboard. At first I removed the cardboard that stuck onto the piece, then the 3M tape, until it dawned on me that if I dug down to the red 3M tape, the cardboard would come off too. The fitment of pieces was really good. There was only one piece that could have been cut a little better, but you can move them around a little to get a more pleasing appearance. The color match was good, but slightly lighter and a little redder than factory, but it looked very acceptable. There were a few slightly jagged edges to some of the borders where the pieces were cut; this was easily removed by rubbing your finger across it a few times - just inspect every piece carefully before installing it. I started putting on the smaller pieces first to get a feel for the material. At first I thought it was going to be like contact cement, where you put it down the first time and it cannot be moved. I quickly saw that you can remove a piece and start it over if it isn't the way you want it, which I did a couple of times. The container of adhesive promoter adds a real difference! There were a couple of pieces that covered curved areas that were hard to stick down. Heating the piece, using the promoter and putting pressure on the piece for a couple minutes with your fingers did the trick. The piece that covered the console was pretty big and fitting it was tricky. I got my son to help me with it, and it turned out perfect. Advice: take your time and make sure you are happy with the placement of each piece - you'll be looking at it a long time and if you're like me, I can only see the mistakes I made! Part #12 is called the CD player, which is incorrect. I think it should be the DVD player (entertainment system), which I don't have, so I didn't use the piece and it looks fine without it. But maybe an alternate piece could be provided, as the DVD is a not too common option on the SUV. Overall, I am extremely pleased. It made a significant upgrade to my vehicle. I highly recommend this kit.

Product looks good. Color wasn't an exact match but it was good enough. The smaller pieces seemed lighter than the larger ones. Over all they looked good and is what the dash on my truck needed to spruce it up some. The price seemed a little high to me, but overall value is good.
