Company manufacture a wide range of high-performance urethane products as replacements and upgrades for bushings, brackets, and OEM (factory) rubber parts that will last the life of your vehicle. Each of their products is specifically tailored to the exact specifications of resiliency, performance, and durability for the specific application.
The ideal combination of Quality, Innovation and High Performance
Performance Urethane features unique and innovative technologies that guarantee stability, and performance of every time, on the race track and the street. That is why the PROTHANE™ products are greatly superior.
Engineering & Design Process
They Design all their high performance components using SolidWorks a 3D CAD based program. This makes sure all their research and innovative designs will create the ultimate performance parts for your vehicles OEM replacements.
Research & Development
PROTHANE™ R & D focuses on finding the weak and high stressed areas of your vehicles components where rubber bushings and mounts have become worn and damaged. Then they will take the OEM part and develop an advanced high performance part.

Urethane vs. Rubber
Production vehicles are built using rubber bushings in control arms, strut arms, leaf springs, body mounts, motor mounts, transmission mounts, sway bars, and shocks. Additionally, rubber components can be used for: sway bar end links, coil spring pads, leaf spring pads, and suspension bump stops. While rubber components offer a soft side, for typical driving conditions, they tend to deteriorate rapidly from exposure to the elements and constant use! This contributes to premature component failure, resulting in a “spongy” ride and loss of performance handling. PROTHANE™ Urethane is impervious to the elements, gas, and oil, will not rot and is stronger than rubber.
