# TRX-60200 - GMC Sierra 2003-2006 Except C3, Platinum Series - Polished CNC Cut Aluminum Billet Grille Insert - Vertical. Also GMC Logo available, TRX-19200.
When it comes to manufacturing a quality product, it starts in the design department but it doesn't end there. We start with solid stock of aircraft quality T-5/T-6 billet aluminum (billet series) or 304 stanless steel (mesh series), rather than extruded aluminum as used by some competitors. The stock is cut to length then shaped to its specific contour. Each grille is then hand assembled into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called "T.I.G." to ensure a strong and clean weld. The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning.
Detailed installation instructions included, along with all the necessary mounting hardware.

Quality "I installed the Grill a couple months ago. It was fairly easy to install, I had more trouble installing the lower portion rather than the Grill portion. Since installing the grill the Black Paint is Flaking off the upper Grill and it really doesn't look good anymore. Only way I see in fixing the grill is to sand the black down and re-paint the black. "

We decided instead of sending it back to use a buffer and polishing compound on it! The swirls came out without too much trouble, and the grill was easy to install! Overall, I love the way the grill looks......did wonders for the front of my Crossfire! Kudos to CARid for the wonderful product! Absolutely stunning!"

But the top grill whistles between 50 and 65 mph. Have tried different things to stop it. The only way I can stop it is to place a piece of 1.5 clear tape in front of the two vertical round rods in the center. Cannot take the grill because of cutting the original grill. "

Instructions that came with the Grille said you need to unbolt the shroud and completely take it off. All is needed to do is unbolt four screws on top of shroud and that will give you enough space to side you hand down "
