It forms a tacky lubricating film that provides a protective coating during assembly and critical start-up and wear-in periods. The lube is typically applied on engine bearings, camshafts, lifters, rocker shaft assemblies, valves, etc. This product is manufactured using only highly refined components that are fortified with a unique blend of extreme pressure (EP) additives. These EP agents improve and sustain the anti-scuffing, galling, and wear-in properties of the product that are needed prior and during initial engine start up.
