Nissan 280Z-280ZX models have a sleek styling design, sharp approach and departure angles and finely tuned suspension. These sports cars have strong engines and produce an awesome growl on the freeway. They also have tremendous towing ability. For this, you need a quality hitch from CARiD to pull your trailer safely. You also need a hitch that’s been tested and tried in the most rugged of conditions to ensure reliability. CARiD stocks products from the most reputable brands in the country. They stock a variety of trailer hitches to suit different needs. Weight-carrying hitches and weight-distribution hitches are available for small and medium trailers. You need to select a hitch that promotes even distribution of the load weight across the trailer. You might want to consider the weight-distribution hitch because it is equipped with a spring bar mechanism to transfer weight forward to the front axle.
Nissan 280Z-280ZX trailer hitches are durable and resilient products. They are hardwearing and resistant to corrosion. They are suitable for use in rough weather and tough terrain. Trailer hitches are designed to guarantee precision and safety. Engineers use sophisticated software to ensure precise fitment to a specific vehicle make and model. As such, you can be sure that there is an appropriate trailer hitch for your car. Trailer hitches come completely welded and configured to bolt right into your vehicle. No drilling works are required for this to occur. Hitch manufacturers provide an installation manual to guide you through the process systematically. They also provide all the accessories required to ensure a successful setting up of the hitch. These include hitch covers, electrical connectors and receiver mounts among other components. The installation can take place at your house or at the local repair shop. All you need is a set of the right tools to complete the set up.
Here at CARiD we have a loyal set of customers, and they are very involved with their cars. That means using them in many ways, or racing them or towing them to car shows on trailers. They know towing, is what we’re saying. And 27 of them left a number of reviews with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. We know you’ll feel the same way after towing your toys around, whether it’s a race car, a trailer full of quads or motorcycles or personal watercraft or full-on camper. "The hitch cover is a nice finishing detail to complement the look of the vehicle. The size of the plate could stand to be a little larger, but overall, it looks great! Very happy with the cover."
"Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but my guess is that it was due to the heavy weight of the box. Item arrived undamaged, though I doubt it would have made a difference in this case. Installation was mostly straightforward except for one issue, a muffler bracket was slightly in the way preventing the holes from lining up perfectly. I had to use a grinder to notch the corner of the bracket to accommodate, but 10 minutes later after the notch and a blast from a can of rustoleum spray paint the first side was bolted in no problem. On my Rogue particularly one side of the existing frame holes were rusted and took quite a bit of cleaning out to be able to thread the provided bolts, but that was my car's issue and nothing to do with the product. All in all, installation on this is definitely above beginner as the need for breaker bar to loosen old rusted bolts and need to slightly modify the product with tools that the average Joe may not have puts this solidly in the "intermediate" category in my opinion. Otherwise the item is solid and well built, definitely can take the rated load, and once modified fit perfectly to the existing bolt holes in the frame. I'm completely satisfied with the product at the price paid."
"Cool accessory for my Armada."
"Its primary use is to protect the bumper on my SUV, also adds a good looks to it."
