Regardless of the body kit material you choose, the end result will only be as good as the quality of the installation. Fiberglass parts are relatively easy to produce and inexpensive to buy, but their fit and finish as delivered is not as good as parts made from polyurethane or ABS plastic. Polyurethane is another popular material for body kit parts. Let’s take a look at each type.

"The body molding that I've purchased for my 2009 Maxima is fantastic. I've purchased it because with the new body style there is no protection against dents and dings from others opening their doors against my car. The molding location prevents this from that happening now. The color match was perfect, the directions for installation was easy to follow and the actual installation was very easy. The only concern that I have is whether the adhesive will stand the test of time. My car looks like it came from the factory with the body molding. "

"After receiving my custom fit molding (which was very fast), I first read all the instructions on how to install them. The language used in the instructions was very easy to understand. The actual installation took me around 45 minutes as I'm a real stickler in doing things right. All went well as expected, and I must say that the moldings have really enhanced the overall look of the car. The quality was superb, and needless to say, these bad boys will never come off."
