The Nissan brand has continued to produce awesome sports cars. The Nissan 240 SX comes with a sharp styling design, finely tuned suspension and a set of powerful engines. It has a sharp acceleration, with the ability to maneuver sharp bends with minimal body roll. Its cargo area is limited. A trailer would come in handy, as this would greatly improve its utility value. For this, you require a trailer hitch to connect the trailer to your car. CARiD stocks top grade hitches from the most reputable suppliers. It receives its supplies from the best brands in the country including REESE, TOW READY, ONKI, HIDDEN HITCH and DRAW-TITE among others. These all have a solid reputation for high quality production and customer service. Their products are designed by professional engineers using sophisticated tools to guarantee precision and safety. Premium materials are used to manufacture the product to ensure durability and reliable service.
CARiD supplies different types of Nissan 240SX hitches for its varied customer base. The products on offer include weight-distribution hitches and weight-carrying hitches for small and medium trailers. They also carry Gooseneck and 5th wheel trailer hitches for larger trailers. Your choice will depend on your vehicle’s towing capacity. You need to tow within your vehicle’s towing capacity to avoid damaging your vehicle. You will also need to consider proper distribution of the load weight across the trailer and the car. Improper weight distribution has been linked to many trailer related incidents on the road. Nissan 240 SX trailer hitches come fully welded. They are designed to bolt right onto your car with minimal resistance. The installation process is simple. You only need to follow the laid down instructions in the installation manual and the job is compete in a few minutes. Your local mechanic may install the hitch for you. But it will be greater fun and more fulfilling if you install the hitch yourself.
Here at CARiD we have a loyal set of customers, and they are very involved with their cars. That means using them in many ways, or racing them or towing them to car shows on trailers. They know towing, is what we’re saying. And 27 of them left a number of reviews with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. We know you’ll feel the same way after towing your toys around, whether it’s a race car, a trailer full of quads or motorcycles or personal watercraft or full-on camper. "Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but my guess is that it was due to the heavy weight of the box. Item arrived undamaged, though I doubt it would have made a difference in this case. Installation was mostly straightforward except for one issue, a muffler bracket was slightly in the way preventing the holes from lining up perfectly. I had to use a grinder to notch the corner of the bracket to accommodate, but 10 minutes later after the notch and a blast from a can of rustoleum spray paint the first side was bolted in no problem. On my Rogue particularly one side of the existing frame holes were rusted and took quite a bit of cleaning out to be able to thread the provided bolts, but that was my car's issue and nothing to do with the product. All in all, installation on this is definitely above beginner as the need for breaker bar to loosen old rusted bolts and need to slightly modify the product with tools that the average Joe may not have puts this solidly in the "intermediate" category in my opinion. Otherwise the item is solid and well built, definitely can take the rated load, and once modified fit perfectly to the existing bolt holes in the frame. I'm completely satisfied with the product at the price paid."
"Cool accessory for my Armada."
"Its primary use is to protect the bumper on my SUV, also adds a good looks to it."
"Product is exactly as shown on the website. Excellent construction and appearance. I choose the black step as it matched my black hitch. Installation is simple. You only need an adjustable wrench. Very functional for stepping up to reach bikes or cargo on my roof rack when towing my camper. Very pleased."
