When you’re setting up your trailer with a new tow vehicle, several things need to be considered: the ball mount and ball must be rated to take the weight, and the ball has to be at the right height. Once you have determined the proper weight class, choose a ball mount of a high enough class for your trailer, and set up your ball mount and ball for proper towing. Here's how you do that.

"Very solid construction, with plenty of room for cargo. Incredibly easy assembly. It only took 20 minutes with a 2-year-old "helping" me. Lots of places to hook cords/straps, and enough rise to be safely above the road. Highly recommended."

"I installed this on my camper and wired it to apply my electric brakes from the trailer battery. The mounting bracket was easy to use and it has a nice long woven cable to attach to the tow vehicle. I'm happy with the quality and the price."
