Brabus the high-performance aftermarket tuning company recently built the most powerful four-seater cabrio outfitting Mercedes E-Class with an 800 hp V12 Biturbo powerplant. The price tag of this monster reaches $680,000. To increase the power output there were installed two special exhaust manifolds with larger turbochargers. The cooling is provided by the four water-to-air intercoolers. The carbon fiber ram-air intake manifold was installed under the hood. The torque of the Brabus cabrio is astonishing - 1,047 lb-ft, though it is electronically limited to 811 lb-ft.
The unique aerodynamic kit enhances the exterior of this beast, the front end is stylized with LED running lights. The rear widebody fenders are made 2.4-inches wider. To handle all that power the suspension was modified greatly, there were installed 10-way adjustable Bilstein shocks. The interior upgrades can be made according to the customer's preferences. For such a price it is clear why the vehicle is made to order.
