Mazda RX-8 Performance Brakes

About Mazda RX-8 Performance Brakes, Pads & Rotors

Your RX-8 gives you a thrill every time you put your foot down and it can handle corners better than most other vehicles could dream of. Since it’s exciting you want to make sure that it’s running at its best or even better than it was designed to so that it’s even more fun and that means upgrades. You’ve come to the right place because we have everything you need to get the performance to suit your driving style and our Mazda RX-8 brakes, pads, brake master cylinders and rotors are able to give you serious improvements without breaking your budget.

Aftermarket braking systems are not only able to stop your vehicle faster than the standard system but they can also save you money when it comes to maintenance in the future. We have a wide range of components including cross-drilled, dimpled and more so that you can find the set up that suits the way you drive whether you’re just looking for more stopping power on normal trips or you’re looking to go out onto the track and decrease your times. You even know you’re getting quality because we have brands like Brembo, EBC and Hawk!

Why do we appreciate our vehicles? Well, it's all about speed and performance. The bad thing is that you do have to tame the engine and stop, at least when you see the red light or stop sign. Quite often, you have to stop abruptly and that's when you find safety to be important either. Our job is to make sure your vehicle is properly equipped to deliver the safety level you need. Which is why, we've gathered a full line of brakes and brake components. Each product ensures shorter stopping distance, lower brake temperatures and higher resistance to fading. Just go through 4 brake and brake components reviews with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, and get a product that meets all your requirements.

Disc brake rotors (aka 'rotors') are the actual discs that brake pads clamp onto, creating friction that slows a vehicle. Disc brake rotors bolt on over the axle hub and contain holes that allow wheel mounting bolts to pass through and rotate with the wheels. Since there are many rotor styles and designs specially created for every budget and need, we’ve listed...
Squealing noise upon brake application is actually caused by a high-frequency vibration of metal rotors, drums, or brake pad backing plates. Excess corrosion that forms over time on non-contact, outer perimeter areas of rotors and drums is a prime cause because rust is looser and less dense in nature – therefore, more likely to create resonation.

"These are great. The performance is great, especially for me and my aggressive driving style, they work even better with the drilled and/or slotted rotors EBC offers. I would recommend buying them from CARiD because they were able to give me the best price for them. They look sick on my car because of the red trim as well."

"The rotors were great. The stopping power they can provide is phenomenal, especially when you pair them with the EBC Redstuff Pads they perform great. I can't complain. They look good, but just keep in mind when purchasing these that they are slotted and dimpled, if you are expecting them to be drilled... But nevertheless, a great product and I would recommend them to anyone. "
