The Maserati GranSport, the modified version of the Coupe and Spyder, debuted at the 2004 Geneva Motor Show. It has slightly differently designed parts, more powerful engine, and improved Skyhook active suspension. GranSport is constructed on U-platform and has aerodynamic body cladding, carbon fiber interior trim, and chrome mesh grille. It is fitted with the 4244 cc, 90° V8 petrol engine producing 400 horsepower used on the Coupe and Spyder. Maserati's Cambiocorsa six-speed electro-hydraulic transmission offered 35% quicker gear changes than the Coupe. A new exhaust system (recognizable thanks to its twin chrome tailpipes) is designed to provide an impressive, powerful roar. The exhaust system adds power to the engine together with the improved intake manifolds and valve seats. Maserati GranSport is 169.4-inch long, 71.7-inch wide, 51.0-inch high, and weighs 3,704 pounds.

The Maserati GranSport Spyder was unveiled at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show. It is a two-seat sport model that gained great success among Maserati enthusiasts. It is fitted with 400-hp Maserati V8 engine. New bumpers, side sills, and added rear spoiler are Maserati GranSport Spyder parts that give it the original and aggressive look. Cambiocorsa's six-speed electro-hydraulic transmission goes with ''heel and toeing'' to make dropping down a gear even faster. The interior is a mix of carbon fiber, Poltrona Frau leather, and Britex fabrics. Maserati GranSport Spyder is 178.1 inches in length, 71.7 inches in width, 51.4 inches in height, and weighs 3,594 pounds.

In 2006 Maserati produced the GrandSport MC Victory that looked like a trimmed version of the GrandSport. The vehicle was unveiled at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show. It was manufactured to honor winning of 2005 FIA GT Manufacturers' Cup, got by the Maserati's MC12 race car. It is the limited edition that numbers 180 cars. The Maserati GranSport MC Victory is equipped with a 4.2L V8 engine capable for 400 horsepower. The vehicle can sprint one kilometer from standstill in 23 seconds. A two-door coupe comes in custom blue paint with the Italian flag on the front fenders.
