The ME Series inverter is powerful and easy-to-use. It meets all UL/cUL 458 requirements meaning it is safe and reliable. This versatile unit can be mounted on a shelf, bulkhead, or even upside down. Once installed, simply connect the inverter’s output to your distribution circuit or electrical panel, connect the AC power cable to the easy to reach terminal block, connect the batteries, and switch on the power.
The lightweight aluminum base and cover provide noise reduction and resist corrosion, while the extra-large AC access cover with terminal screw block and 360 degree DC connection terminals provide increased accessibility. An RS485 communication port is provided for network expansion as well as a remote port. Like every Magnum Energy inverter/charger, this unit includes a built-in PFC charger that uses 25-30% less AC current than standard chargers.
