"I am very hapy with truly great service. Initiallly my first Sunroof wind deflector was damaged during shippment and processing by UPS possibly due to its size. However, after I had called customer service next day and explain condition in which I had received my package I was ask to take and e-mail back a few pictures of my damaged plastic sunroof deflector. I did that and in a few weeks I have receiced a brand new second sunroof deflector without additional charge and in a perfect shape. Thank you for your truly wonderful customer service. "Fit is perfect and looks great on our 2008 750i. It only took about 15 minutes to install and that was with dropping one of the clips 3 times into the sunroof track and having to fish it out. Deflector is good quality. Nice addition to the car and we will now use the sunroof more. "
