    About Ford Focus Tail Lights

As soon as you start the engine of your Ford Focus, you become one with your car. You should know precisely the way its parts work and you should learn to speak to the other drivers with your new metal body. The most important tools of communication between the drivers are of course the tail lights. Being sure that people behind you read your signals well is very important for every driver. Since the Ford Focus tail lights are not just an accessory, but an important functional part which ensures your vehicle's safety, the LED tail lights have been designed with an upgrade to the key parameter – the reaction time of the tail lights. When you decide to install LED bulbs into you car, you need to know the right size and select the desired color. Next thing to know is that most vehicles use a Thermal Flasher unit to control their Turn Signals. Most Thermal Flasher units are generally not compatible with LED lights without a resistor installed with them. Why you Ask?
There is now LED lighting technology available for every conventional automotive lighting purpose. The incandescent bulbs haven’t really developed that much in the 140 years they have existed, while the development rate of LEDs is very rapid, with LED performance being doubled every 36 months, a development rate that is similar to the fast pace of computer...
Today, halogen bulbs are most often used for headlights and fog lights, and their increased light output increases driver visibility in darkness and inclement weather. "Let me first start by stating the manufacturing quality is not quite as good as would be from the OE. That said, it is about what I had expected and that is not all that bad. I will have to wait some years to provide how durable the production of the plastic molding is. I must first say the pictures on the web do not do justice to these tail lamps. From the way the pics looked, I thought the LEDs were mounted on stalks, and that is not the case. Each LED is housed inside its own mini reflector. They are very bright when viewed from the rear. I do wish there was a modern LED version where the parking lamp would be the perimeter of the lamp and the brake lamp to illuminate the entire lamp. Installing would have been a snap...but someone got the design where the standard bulb holders go incorrect. First of all, the slots where the bulb holder should fit are incorrect. Your factory bulb holder simply will not fit as the slots are misaligned. I used a utility knife and slowly cut the slots so that the factory bulb holder could be installed. The LED lamps are polarity specific, so make sure to connect them, turn the parking lamps on and then activate the hazard lamps. If the lamp is not flashing, simply disconnect the connector from the bulb holder and rotate it 180 degrees. Best if you mark the bulb holder where the ground wire from the lamp should be. This will save you time from removing the lamp to redo this.Given what I have, the little extra work I had to do to make it all work, the price is fair."

"I love everything about these lights, except that they seem to be a little loose when the hatchback is up, but they ate secure when it is closed, and I guess that's when it matters."

"These lights took me about 30 minutes to install. Very simple. They are fantastic on the car, look great and perform way beyond my expectations. LED lights are quite bright and light much faster than incandescent bulbs. I'm glad that I upgraded."
