"The headlights give a very attractive appearance to the Ford Focus. They are more visible than the factory lights, and they give the car an exotic display."

"Overall I'm happy with them. They work Great so far & are much brighter than my old stock lights too. Slight warning: Not perfect fit/bolt-on. I had to dremel off a decent chunk of (non-functional) plastic to get them to fit & had to ream out one of the mounting bracket holes to line up w/ my car's mounting hole. Also, the low & high beams connect to the stock wiring connector, but just be warned the halos & extra turn signal bulbs won't work w/o some splicing. I haven't had time to do it yet, so can't comment on how those work."

"First let me start by stating I did research on as many aftermarket headlamp assemblies as I could before settling with CG. I must say the research paid off. The appearance is exactly what I was looking for, I just had a difficult time choosing between the clear and smoked look (I opted for the clear). The main thing I was after were projector low beams and separate high beams. What I did not care for in these were the 2 blue tinted bulb along the upper edge (my own personal taste). So I removed them and replaced them with amber LEDs. I also replaced the halogen bulbs with HIDs from Volt. The projector housing is metal and an excellent candidate for HID lamps. The halo rings around the headlamps were a bonus as far as I was concerned, but I did not like the fact that the ballast for them is set up to be on the outside of the headlamp assembly. As I was converting the "blue" parking lamp bulbs to amber LEDs, I relocated the CFL ballast behind the high beam bulb access panel. There was just enough room to mount the ballast to the side and still maintain accessibility to the high beam bulb. The hole that is left on the bottom of the headlamp for the CFL ballast wires to pass through, I filled. By mounting the CFL ballast on the inside of the headlamp assembly, I have more option in which to mount the HID ballast (which by coincidence I am mounting on the bottom). I did test fit them on my 06 Focus and immediately realized the dimensions are slightly different, but in a good way. These are easier to remove and install compared to the factory ones. There is also need for a spacer under the outside mounting bolt for a nicer looking fit. But given that, I think that is small potatoes considering these aren't necessarily mass produced. Overall, I have to say the quality is pretty good for the price."

"Awesome headlights. Work great first time. Very easy to install, only 3 wires for the halos. Watch install videos on YouTube for help. However, these headlights did not easily fit the HID kit sent with them. I recommend using them without HID. They look great!"
