Base Plate Kit (BX1130) by Blue Ox®. With Removable Attachment Tabs. The height from the ground to the bottom of the attachment tabs: 18". The distance from center to center of the attachment tabs: 18". Weight includes boxing: 42 lbs. Install time: 3 hrs. This strong and durable base plate kit is custom designed to fit your vehicle. The hidden reinforcements, along with the removable bracket arms, provide a clean, unobtrusive look when your car is not being towed. With this product that is made utilizing only the highest quality materials and the latest manufacturing technologies, you can safely haul your loads no matter whether you're simply going from point A to B or heading for a long trip. Built to last, it brings a great combination of durability and worry-free performance.

- Bumper fascia must be removed and replaced during installation
- Requires some trimming of bumper (fascia, plastic, and/or grill)
- Requires some drilling (not major)
- Requires some trimming of the air dam
- Baseplate has non-24" spaced attachment tabs. Requires either a motorhome mounted tow bar or an adapter to utilize a car mounted tow bar. Tow bar adapters are not to be used with vehicles weighing over 5000 lbs
- Use only with motorhome mount tow bars or the BX8833 or BX88151 adapters. Removable tabs with only one (1) hole will not attach to car mount tow bars or other adapters. The Acclaim may only be used with baseplates that have a 23"-30" spaced removable tabs and the ball height of the tow vehicle must be 7" above the height of the removable tabs. The Adventurer may be used with baseplates having 18"-41" spaced removable tabs
