What Is Covered: All defects in materials or workmanship except paint and painting on all Lund International, Inc.'s Lund International, AVS®, Lund®, Nifty® and Deflecta-Shield® Accessories branded products properly installed per provided instructions except those listed below under the One-Year Warranty, Two-Year Warranty or Three-Year Warranty. This warranty does not apply to any product from Lund International's direct or indirect subsidiaries. For How Long: This warranty and any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

Limited One-Year Warranty

Instillation

AVS® 620013 - Aeroskin™ Chrome Hood Shield

This product is a very beautiful accent to my wife's 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. After waxing and buffing the car to a mirror-like finish, I carefully reviewed the instillation instructions, knowing that after placement, the part would be difficult or impossible to move. I lifted the hood part open, cleaned the surface with alcohol pads. I measured to find the middle of the shield and the hood aligning both surfaces with marks on pieces of tape. Next I followed the instructions using my finger tips to assure both sides had equal spacing, pressing from center outward the results are astonishing! Just Beautiful...
