Underinflated tires cost motorists millions of dollars each year in extra fuel costs due to the tires’ increased rolling resistance. The tread will wear unevenly on an underinflated tire, reducing its useful lifespan. Underinflated tires also build up internal heat, and reduce the vehicle’s steering response and stability, which could lead to an accident. Manufacturers state that even when a vehicle has a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), that it’s no substitute for regularly checking tire pressure.
Auto Meter makes it easy to check your vehicle’s tire pressure with this mechanical tire pressure gauge. Its compact size makes it easy to stow in a glove box or console storage compartment for quick access, and it features a large 0-60 psi dial for visibility and an angled chuck to ease measurement. The patented design ensures accuracy and durability, and it retains the last reading until pressure is released using the side mounted valve button.22.73Brand: Auto Meter Part Number: 2343 UPC: 046074023439

This little gauge exceeded all of my expectations and I'll order another one. Most importantly, it makes a quick and reliable connection to the valve stem. It's a solid design which feels comfortable in my hand when taking a reading. The dial face is easily large enough to read and 30lbs is straight up on the dial making it easy to approximate the number without reading glasses.10 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful for you? I bought the auto meter tire pressure gauge for my son for Christmas. We got tired of the cheap ones that give you a different ready every time you use them. We have not used it yet, but I can tell from the weight and the appearance of the product that it is very high quality. You get what you pay for.3 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful for you? YesNoShare this review:
