"So I have been so impressed with CARiD and how they handle the customer. I felt compelled to write this review. My experience starts with a typical online order for a Billet Grille for my new 2011 Audi Q7. The shipment arrives and the top portion of the grill does not fit the vehicle and the bottom portion has a cut out for a license plate. Frustrated and anticipating a complete loss, I called customer care who was available live on a Saturday afternoon. After a few conversations it became clear that the vendor that CARiD used claimed a particular part number fit the 2011 model year. Well actually they had two part number overlaps for the same year. They asked me to snap some cell pictures for which I did, researched it by pushing their vendor supplier for an answer, and a day later I get an email back stating we have identified the issue and shipping you off the correct part and fitment for your vehicle. No, you have to ship back the old part and wait two weeks kind of dance or wait a month for a refund. I was very very impressed on how they handled this, Don D. and Jennifer R. went way beyond the call here to make this customer a very happy one. Typical e-commerce sites just ship and any anomalies go into a black whole. Not with CARiD, for an affiliate accessories marketer they in this consumers option get 10 stars for customer satisfaction, problem resolution and in just making me feel like a customer rather than just an order number.
