Al's Liner DIY Kits
Launched in Cloverdale, Indiana, in April 2008 by the world-renowned brand Scorpion Protective Coatings, Inc., Al's Liner is a top manufacturer of professional-grade truck bed liner kits, window tint kits, spray guns, and more for a DIY user. Developed as Scorpion Protective Coatings' product line for a do-it-yourselfer, Al's Liner provides every enthusiast with high-quality items which make for exceptional protection and custom finish.
While other bed liner systems required costly high- and low-pressure pump systems and offered just a few options for a custom look, Scorpion Protective Coatings created a simple three-part batch system and specific spray gun providing a wear-resistant finish for almost any surface. Since this batch system took off in the commercial markets, the need for a DIY truck bed liner kit led to Al's Liner launch. For just a few years, Al's Liner items have been tested and recommended by thousands of DIY users worldwide, and time after time, they continue to exceed all expectations.
Al's Liner offers an exhaustive range of DIY kits, application tools, and accessories designed by specialists with over 15 years of experience in high-build coating applications. The great thing about Al's Liner is that they allow a do-it-yourself user to apply the same materials professional applicators use and get the desired result at a fraction of the price. With Al's Liner items, you can achieve any color or texture you want using additives the company has developed. Intended to provide ease of use, Al's Liner products make it possible for you to duplicate the look of a professional liner in your own garage.
A DIY truck bed kit was actually the first product which brought success to Al's Liner. Featuring easy application process which can be performed almost everywhere, the kit delivers premium quality coating for any surface you need to protect. By the way, Al's Liner is the first acrylic DIY bed liner kit ensuring high-class protection that meets or even exceeds the quality of professional bed liners. Besides these kits, the company offers spray guns, cup brushes, rubber crumbs as well as window tint kits. Combining outstanding protection with personalized design, Al’s Liner is always a great bang for the buck.
Versatile products and innovative ideas the company is not afraid to implement in life are what distinguishes Al's Liner from its competitors. Redefining chemical formulas as well as application techniques, Al's Liner allows DIY users to achieve an excellent result the first time and every time thereafter. With Al's Liner, there is no need to sacrifice quality or style when you can get it all at a reasonable price. Being in the forefront of the market, the company continues to grow and expand its product line with first-rate products and accessories to meet the custom needs of each and every client.

I've painted many items with Al's liner and its durability impresses me every time. I have also mixed other automotive tints in it for when I painted my Jeep OD Green. I love coating cars and speaker boxes with the stuff, it really toughens them up and I never have to really worry about damage from off roading or things being thrown in the truck against my sub box.

I needed an alternative to hand sanding my Jeep interior prior to spraying a bed liner. This brush wasted no time in scuffing up the paint, but you had to get the hang of it or you could easily remove too much and get down to bare metal. I used it for the majority of my prep job and I can see this thing lasting for quite a few more prepping jobs like this. I could not see any visible wear to the brush.

You can easily change the texture of the product with air pressure and supplied nozzle with the gun. I gave mine a rougher texture than the image on Al's Liner Website. So far it still looks wet, nice shiny gloss to the finish. Hopefully it will not fade.

I bought this gun a couple of weeks ago to paint my Ford. It did a great job, considering what I paid for it. I used very thick layer of paint, and it shot it on with no problems.
