Whether you need single-needle gauges for air springs on one axle that inflate in tandem, dual-needle gauges for individually operated springs or digital gauge displays for electronically controlled systems, you will find the replacement part you need from Air Lift. All gauges are identical to original equipment found in each corresponding air suspension package and are manufactured on the same assembly line as original kit components. In this section you’ll also find a full range of Air Lift original equipment switches should you need one as a replacement. Electrically-based systems use 25-amp switches featuring either an on-off design, or two operative positions that inflate springs when the center button is pushed upward, or deflate them when it is pushed downward.
Center buttons on two-pole switches are spring loaded and will return to center upon being released. Air Lift also offers switches that hook up to air system lines and use pressure to control spring operation. Air switches are also spring loaded and will return to center upon being released from either the inflate or deflate positions. All switches feature durable, corrosion-resistant construction to resist degrading under tough-use conditions. Ergonomic shapes make each one convenient to find in the dark and easy to use with gloves on. Air Lift proudly builds all replacement components in the United States and backs them with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Founded in 1949 in Lansing, Michigan, Air Lift® pioneered the first rubber air bladder that fit inside coil springs to give pickups and other transport vehicles greater load-leveling and ride-stabilizing abilities. These found wide acceptance on commercial vehicles and were soon adopted throughout NASCAR and other professional stock car racing series after assisting many drivers to achieve victorious finishes. Over the decades, Air Lift® has continued to pioneer innovative developments with air spring helpers and stand-alone air springs for mobile homes, ambulances, and heavy trucks. During the 1990s, the company was on the cutting edge – developing high-performance air springs and complete air suspension systems that allowed extreme lowering, stunts, and higher levels of handling during aggressive driving. Today, Air Lift® is ISO 9001:2008 certified for best business practices, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction and their range of high-quality products is widely respected throughout the industry. CARiD offers the Air Lift® full lineup of full air suspension kits, coil spring helpers, air springs, compressors, air tanks, and more at prices that can’t be beat.
