Stainless Steel Rear Deck Lid Accent Trim is cut from sheets of 26-gauge stainless steel, with a 3M adhesive backing pre-applied. The 3M backing makes an easy to apply, peel and stick application. The toughest part is aligning it correctly. QAA's stainless steel is polished to a mirror shine, giving it a "chrome" look. The polished surfaces are protected by a plastic film to be removed after installation.

Warranty

SAA warranties all manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. SAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in SAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. SAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original cost of the item.

SAA will also warranty imported products for 1-year from the original purchase date (with receipt); exclusions may apply.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, collision, improper installation, car wash damages, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other than normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from SAA.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Well, be careful putting it on straight and even from side to side. Only pull tape backing off as you go a little at a time. That tape really grips! Before it was rear ended in my other 2013 Corolla my previous trim had been on for years no problems at all. Looks great I think.
