Designed application-specific to fit your vehicle perfectly, the billet grille is built from solid 1/2" billet of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum that is one of the toughest and lightest materials. The aluminum is widely used in production of the billet grilles since the aluminum is well-known for its high strength, durability and corrosion resistance. The aluminum billet grille is available in mirror-like polishing or black powder coated (for most applications) to enhance the exterior styling of your vehicle. The billet grille is easy to install. All necessary hardware is enclosed and user-friendly instructions help to carry out installation properly.

Looks awesome. Perfectly fits in the intercooler hole that is unprotected from Ford. It should come with this from the factory. I like it so much I'm thinking of buying the billet style grill and replacing the factory one."

First thing I noticed is that the intercooler for the turbos were un protected from the opening in the bumper. I bought this bumper grille insert and it arrived quickly. I noticed it was a solid billet grille, not a cheap stamped product. It installed in minutes, a little hard to get a screw driver into the area for the #8 screws. A small stainless bolt with nylon lock nut and stainless washers work just as well and easier to install with tools. Truck is a little more bullet proof from putting a rock or some foreign object through my intercooler and it makes the truck look so much better, really a nice addition. Quick, cheap, safe and assume looking. Quality product. "

I noticed CarID on line and found they had the cheapest and sweetess looking bumper grilles. Really easy to order and showed up 5days later. The shipping COD border brokerage charge was a little suprising but a not a deal breaker. Grille showed up, packaged nicely, clean, well presented. Easy to install, but I changed out the #8 screws for some stainless nut and bolts, it was easier to install with the nuts and bolts then the #8 screw. Fit right in, no problems, looks mint on the truck. The engine block heater cord needed to be reloacted but it easily done."
