Chevy Silverado 2001-2012, 6" Premier Oval Step Bars by Westin®, 1 Pair. These straight style steps have a 6" diameter at widest tube dimension and offer a full 5" step area. They are available in universal lengths for full sized trucks and SUVs. The Premier 6" Oval Tube Steps are cradle mounted utilizing a vehicle specific mounting kit (required, sold separately).

Substantial Mounting Brackets

"Substantial material. Fit mounting points very well. I bought these and the Step Rails partially due the the mounting bracket design. As for the installation I am not sure which was the most significant problem me or the instructions. If the instructions had not included the pictures it would have been harder than it was to get the right part in the right place. The instructions provided for part quantity not part number. The instructions referenced the quantity number for identification and placement. Not the least bit helpful. I had three sets of instructions and two of the three were wrong. The two sets of instructions stated the torque value for some 6 millimeter bolts was 20 - 25 ft-lbs. After twisting off 3 bolts (It was a good thing they provided extra) I discovered the third set of instructions stated a torque value of 7 ft-lbs. When all was said and done I like what they look like. The installation was very frustrating but I would buy them again."

"I like the appearance and the wide step pads. 6" Stainless Steel Step bars for an extended cab 2008 Silverado are not as plentiful as I anticipated. The Stainless Steel was what I was looking for. Initially I thought the step bars seemed a little light weight. I checked a local retail store and found similar weight material in their step bars also. We'll see how they hold up."
