The installation was not hard, however, it is difficult to tighten the straps that are under the seat. Also, the cut of the cover does not line up with my side airbags. The opening is too big so you can still see the cloth from my original seat. However, for the price and the look I can live with that. I am satisfied.

How Mistakes Are Resolved...November 30, 2012 | Posted by Edward H. | 2010 Chevy Colorado (Zanesville, OH)I believe how mistakes are resolved says more about a company than all of the warranties and guarantees. I received the incorrect back covers for my truck seats. It was a mutual mistake, because I didn't know how to properly describe my truck seat design and there are (4) designs for my truck year. Knowing this, they could have asked better questions. That being said, I contacted them and they quickly shipped the correct replacement covers. I'm not upset when mistakes happen, but I again state that it shows a greater dedication to customer service when the errors are quickly and professionally resolved as mine were.
