These projector headlights will benefit you and your car or truck in 2 ways. First you get superior illumination, which enables better vision in darkness and inclement weather, for safer driving. This is because the bulb in a projector headlight is positioned in front of an elliptical-shaped reflector. Where a conventional parabolic type reflector reflects light outward in a dispersed pattern, the elliptical reflector reflects the light toward a single focal point in front of the bulb. Projector headlights produce a sharper, more focused beam of light with less scatter loss. The second benefit is made possible because of the projector headlight’s smaller size in comparison to a conventional headlight. Without the need for a large parabolic reflector, the stylists at Spyder have used the increased space within the headlight housing to include Halos and LEDs, and work their styling magic to create the one-of-a-kind, custom designed Halo projector headlight with LEDs that you see on this page. Just by replacing your old, dim headlights you’ll gain a safer, more pleasurable driving experience, and give your vehicle an appearance makeover that will result in head turning looks.

Halo lights are one of the most popular trends in automotive lighting. The halo is a light ring that surrounds the headlight, for a distinctive look popularized by European luxury models. These halos are illuminated by 2 super bright LED bulbs. LED lights are the most advanced form of lighting. Their compact size makes it easy to arrange them in distinctive patterns, as seen on many late model luxury cars. They’re extremely durable, with an average lifespan of 30,000-100,000 hours, which means they’ll probably outlast the rest of your vehicle. The light they produce is much brighter and cleaner, much more attractive than incandescent light, which helps get them and the vehicle noticed, for increased visibility on the road and safer driving for you. The pattern of the LEDs in these lights is unique, so your ride will command attention wherever you go.

Every Spyder headlight undergoes a rigorous testing and quality control process before it leaves the factory. All wiring is tested to make sure the light is completely functional, and the housing is sealed with high quality silicone to ensure that no moisture can become trapped inside. Spyder lights are approved by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and ISO-9000 and ISO-9002 certified. They meet all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and are compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 108. Spyder headlights are designed to exactly replace your factory lights; however some electrical wiring work may be required. Most lights come with detailed instructions to guide you through the installation.

These impeccably durable Spyder lights provide outstanding performance under the most extreme temperatures ranging from -40C - +80C as well as have superior voltage protection over and under 12.8V to prevent damage caused by overloading or short circuit.

Nice lights. Easy install.

I’ve purchased aftermarket lights for my vehicles in the past and I’ve got to admit, these look stellar and are of quality. The park light bulb is already included so there’s absolutely nothing to swap over from your old set of halogens to these. Instructions weren’t really clear so I researched pretty well before tackling the install due to having to splice the halos. For the passenger side, you splice red with brown and black with black. For drivers side you splice red with purple and black with black. Really simple. The biggest pain would be the bumper removal, but I’ve removed it a handful of times already. Pros: beautiful, bright cool blue halo and crystal clear amber park light, HID is a yellowish color which I actually think is sweet contrasting the halo, and the halo stays on when the lights are actually on. When splicing the halo to the park lamp, you’re engaging the daytime running light feature. I know with most headlamps the halos turn off when the low beams come on, not with these. Cons: the pins were bent in the park light socket. Easy enough to straighten so no stars require removal. Should include instructions specific to this vehicle like one of the competitors do on YouTube, shipping took three months. Again, my cons aren’t severe enough to dock a star. I’ve modded my camaro enough to not be annoyed or bothered by the little things anymore. When you have to change spark plugs, install headers, remove the front bumper, or take the rear tail lights off, you learn to appreciate easy tasks, regardless of a little bump in the road.

The halos could be a little brighter but they're ok.

The halo should be bigger.
