Your factory exhaust manifolds are very restrictive because more than one cylinder dumps exhaust into the same small space. You can improve exhaust flow and performance by replacing your exhaust manifolds with a set of Gibson Performance Headers. These headers feature large diameter individual exhaust tubes that allow unrestricted exhaust flow from the cylinder head exhaust ports.
Gibson Performance Headers are dyno tuned and engineered for each application, to deliver more usable horsepower and torque at low and mid-range rpm. Along with better breathing and more power, your engine will also run cooler with these headers, prolonging engine life. And your engine will be more efficient, so increased fuel economy is a possibility with restrained driving.
These headers are a quality product and built to last. The header tubes are CNC mandrel bent for consistent bends and to eliminate restriction. The port flange is laser cut from 3/8” material to prevent warpage and leaking. The headers are available constructed from heavy-duty 409 stainless steel tubing, nickel chrome plated heavy-duty 14 gauge steel tubing, or high temperature resistant ceramic coated steel tubing.
Installation is a bolt-on procedure because Gibson Performance Headers are designed to directly replace your exhaust manifolds. They come with everything required for installation including premium gaskets and hardware. Air injection and oxygen sensor fittings are provided where required.
Gibson Performance Headers are street legal in all 50 states and meet all EPA and CARB requirements. They will not affect your factory vehicle warranty. Gibson Performance Headers are manufactured in the USA, and Gibson backs these headers with a lifetime limited warranty.457.62 630.86

Top notch exhaust system. I love the deep tone it has. This exhaust system is pretty loud and makes the driving of my 2002 Toyota Tundra a much more enjoyable experience. Installation only took one hour at the car shop, very simple to install. Designed to fit listed Toyota Tundra models. Right off I did notice increased torque/horsepower as well. Definitely worth the money! Was this review helpful for you? I ordered a Gibson exhaust system for my 2009 QX56. The order came surprisingly fast (Cali-Canada). And I got an amazing system for my truck...sounds aggressive when accelerating hard and no droning... quite cabin ride until you stomp on her. Sick, sick, sick. Will definitely order other products on CARiD.com!Was this review helpful for you? I purchased this system to enhance the look of my 04 Dodge Dakota (age 64), I didn't dare try to install myself. I was very satisfied after the installation by Meineke mufflers, so I do not know how easy it was to install, although the installer said it was a piece of cake to install. The installation cost was around a hundred bucks. It was worth it to me. It looks great! The throaty sound is very nice, but on a long trip it may wear on me and my age. For a younger man, it would be great. I feel the cost of the system is a little pricy, but with the warranty, I guess it's worth it.Was this review helpful for you? I was able to install the system I bought with a few modifications, requiring some use of a saws all and some additional hangars. Once it was all done, took about 1-1/2 hours; it all turned out OK. Sounds great and has improved get up and go.Was this review helpful for you? The look and sound of the system is great, but I have not noticed any performance difference that is stated it is suppose to provide. Of course, I just installed it and have not driven more than 300 hundred miles with it yet.Was this review helpful for you? YesNo
