This grill sits on top of the OEM grill as well as the bottom one. I get people puzzled on how I got it there and get lots of compliments. Installation should be pretty easy as long as you know how to access behind the grill and also the bottom one from underneath the bumper. Another plus is that these grills are of good material and are super light.
