Dealer price installed was 436.00, saved 238.00 doing it myself. Have to drill four holes to install. Installation takes less than one hour."

Rear SpoilerPosted on 07/08/10 Ronald W. - 2008 Nissan Rogue (Elmore, OH)Appearance Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "1. Product arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped and boxed. 2. The color and paint job was top quality. Looked just like the car. 3. Removed the center plastic inside trim piece. Grab the end and pull out. Go to other end and pull outward. There are 2 more holders toward the center. Pull out and remove trim piece. (Nissan Rogue) 4. Screw the allen screws in and out of the holes before attaching the spoiler. You get a better feel when attaching the spoiler to the car. 5. Follow the directions. You need someone to hold spoiler in place while removing the hole locating tapes. Take time to center spoiler!! 6. Use a sharp center punch. Punch the center of the Tape hole. 7. I used a 1/16" bit to drill a pilot hole, then the 5/16" bit. Don't force the bits hard. Work at slow speed and you will have a clean hole. Put tape around the hole for some protection if you wish while drilling. 8. Add rubber washers and anti-rust. 9. Hold spoiler in place ( need assistant) and put allen screw in. There were inner sheetmetal holes in areas where the screws went on the Rogue. I was amazed! 10. I added silicon rubber to the screw threads before screwing in for added water proofing, although you probably don't need to. Add plenty, it squeezes out and forms a good seal. Snug screws good. Don't over tighten. 11. Replace the plastic trim piece, grease the holders for easier replacement and removal if need be. 12. Wax it up. Admire the beautiful job!! "
