Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "Looks great, took me a good four hours to install. Never expected that I had to cut, grind off and paint the existing grill frame to recuperate it. I have managed to reinstall the Subaru Logo by drilling tiny holes on each side attaching it with black tie wraps. I do not own too many tools and am not used to work manually at all. Eight simple steps to follow and anyone can pull it off. The fit is perfect! The product is of very good quality and again the look is awesome."

Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "After two years, could stand the big chrome wing in the factory grill no longer. Installation was not a breeze, but I took my time, and the new grill covers any minor flaws. Used the black grill for my steel grey color, left the surround chrome, partly since I like the chrome and black contrast, and partly because I worried about how well the paint would match, and adhere if I tried having it painted. Besides, there's other chrome trim on the car, and I think it looks great as is. Followed the suggestion to paint behind the grill flat black, think that adds alot. Also purchased the rear decklid badge to mount to the grill, and it does look great, but not sure how well the sticky on the back side is going to adere to the grill long term. Any suggestions?"

All my friends around me noticed the chage I made to my car. Very EASY to install, this is a 'do it your self' items (no proffecionals required). With the right tool will take less than 2 hours. They are a bit time consuming and not easily done if you have no patience. If you take your time and follow the directions to a T, you will have success. You will need to set aside atleast 3 hours of your time."

Although you have to take off the bumper (not that hard w/ their instructions) and cut out the top grill frame… it doesn't take more than half a day to cut it out and paint. When your done, it looks sleek, professional and way better than how it was stock. Highly recommend. "

The grill did need some bending to fit into the frame so there is some trial and error to making it all work. Hint for installing the lower grill: a long phillips head screwdriver is needed to get the screw through a hole in a metal block on the bumper."

It requires a descent amount of work depending on the results desired. For what is included with this kit I do not agree with the price; however this grille looks excellent once the time and effort are put forth. If you are looking for an aftermarket grille and have a little extra cash this is maybe for you. "
