"The SPEC - D Halo Projector Headlights with LEDs are great looking and great working headlights on my 2001 Audi A4. The price was reasonable compared to the stock headlights which would have cost over 500 USD. However, the installation has to be done by a certified Audi technician due to the additional wiring. In the past I was able to install headlights, tailights, and such to my past cars which were older models of course. The Audi and these headlights not so much. This was due to the Audi used the Xexon gas headlights and switching to the halogen with the LED running lights needed additional work. I am in the military outside of Hinesville, GA, and local mechanics were literally afraid of touching the headlights. I was able to go to the nearest Audi dealership an it took about 3 hours because they weren't sure if the front end had to come out or not. In summary, the headlights work and look great but the installation can be a hassle due to where you live or if you don't have an experienced Audi technician nearby. "

"I bought these lights for my 01 A4 1.8T because my lenses were dim and the lens resurfacing didn't help much. Also new factory OEM lights were over twice the price. I bought the chrome hoping they would not stand out too much and am happy with the way they look. Brightness is good, much better then old lights. I had a shop install them and lucky I did because apparently they were wired wrong out of the box and had to be rewired. So my only suggestion is to have them prof. installed if possible."
