GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 2007-2010, MX-Series Black Mesh Grille by GrillCraft®. The MX-Series Grilles are made from GrillCraft's exclusive steel mesh pattern design along with the company’s micro-frame design, giving a distinct, but very narrow edge to the grille. The grille replaces the whole or part of the original grille, which has to be cut for fitment of the accessory grille.

I followed the procedures except the use of a hacksaw blade to cut out old existing grill. I used a hand air powered cutoff disc which worked great like cutting butter. The hardware provided all fit except they should provide washers to install under screw heads for surface coverage.
