Today's original equipment and aftermarket large diameter, thin spoke wheels look great, but they expose a lot of the mechanical parts behind the wheels that often don't look so great, particularly the brake calipers. You can paint your calipers, but it takes a lot of time and effort to do the job yourself, or a lot of money to pay someone to paint them for you. Plus there are considerations with painting beyond the initial paint job. The paint will often peel, even if the surfaces are meticulously cleaned, and even the best paint job probably won't stay looking good for more than a year. And no paint job will be able to do anything about the shape of the calipers, which often isn't that appealing.

The covers are a very simple install which only took about 15 min to install with a lift. Probably would take a bit longer if using floor jack but still a simple install. The covers look great with my aftermarket rims and tires and even help reduce heat. The only downside I would say is the price. I feel they should be a little cheaper for just being covers but all in all I still highly recommend.

And, neither of our other cars had a lug wrench that would fit the lugs on the Camaro. I discovered that the covers would actually fit through the slots on the stock rims and I was able to install them without taking the rims off of the car. It was still relatively easy and they look so much nicer than the calipers. Thanks for a great product.
