      B&I will customize your original factory steering wheel. Your choice of Leather and Wood or Sport Finishes added to your Original Steering Wheel.

      If you are thinking about custom interior, make sure that your hands are on the custom piece! Custom steering wheel with matching custom dash kit would be a perfect touch for your interior. Not sure of your leather color? No problem. Choose the Leather Match option and once we receive your existing wheel we'll compare the leather on it with our numerous leather swatches to insure you get the closest match possible.

      This product does not feature the "core exchange" program. You must send the core of your OEM steering wheel to us and the custom steering wheel will be produced using the core provided. You have to provide just the wheel core, keeping the airbag, horn and other attachments – they will be used with the new core once it will be shipped back to you with new custom exterior.

      Removal of your original wheel and installation of our finished replacement wheel generally takes no longer than 45 minutes. It is easy enough to do yourself, providing you have the proper tools and manufacturer supplied instructions for your specific vehicle. However, for your own peace of mind, you may just want to bring your wheel to a licensed mechanic to insure the wheel is properly installed. Original airbag, horn, and any other previously installed controls, are transferred from your original steering wheel.

      The steering wheel did take 4-5 weeks to have done and be returned but does look very nice. The only complaint that I do have, as many others have expressed, the color chart is very small and somewhat inaccurate. The woodgrain on the wheel does not match the woodgrain in the car. But, again, it does enhance the appearance of the car's interior.

      Steering Wheel

      I have a 95 XJ6 Jaguar that was in need of a reconditioned steering wheel since the original leather was worn. I chose the Bird-eye wood and they matched the leather as close as they could to the existing leather. It was quite close. Where I made the mistake was with the Birds-eye choice for the wood. I should have gone with the lighter, more yellow wood color. As far as the workmanship, it was excellent. They made an old steering wheel look new. My only suggestion is to make the pictures of the wood choices larger so you really get a good look at the wood, grain etc. The steering wheel looks great, but the wood doesn't come close to matching my original jag wood.

      B&I Steering Wheel Rebuild

      Quality product! I had a 4runner steering wheel rebuilt with wood inserts. They matched the factory leather exactly, and the wood grain inserts match the burl wood of the dash. Stitching and quality are excellent, leather is tight, and no gaps where leather meets wood. Excellent job!

      The steering wheel looks pretty good overall. The wood and black leather are not the exact match but pretty close. The price is unbeatable! I would recommend CARiD to any Mercedes Benz owner who wants a wood steering wheel but does not want to pay a hefty price for the OEM one.

      I first was a bit scared sending my original steering wheel to the US. It got back safely, and both the leather as well as the wood look and feel fantastic. My Citroen C5 from 2003 was not on the list of supported cars, but the custom steering wheel fits perfectly. I am so happy :D

      Beautifully Crafted Wheel

      I ordered this wheel for my 2010 Camry XLE to complement the wood grain dash. I also previously ordered additional dash kits from CARiD to further enhance the wood grain that was factory installed. This wheel arrived in less than two weeks. The quality of the wheel is exceptional from the leather to the wood. There is not a flaw in it. I had the dealer install the wheel and it looks like it came with the car. I chose the Birdseye Wood because it is the closest match to the dash. While it is not an exact match, it is very close and the wood pattern is the same. It depends on the light entering the vehicle. In some instances it looks exact. In other lighting circumstances it is a little darker than the dash pieces. But with that said, the color of the wood is in the color family of the dash and blends very well. I am totally satisfied with this wheel. If you want a wood wheel to compliment your Camry, this is the wheel to choose. I would suggest having it installed by a professional. I asked the tech about the difficulty of the installation and he told me the big issue is getting the old wheel off without damaging any of the workings. After that it went pretty smooth. To me, this wheel is definitely worth it.
