Has a nice mild deep tone to it. When first installed, it was a little louder than I liked. But after putting about 300 miles on it the spin mellowed out and now sounds perfect! This with my stage one intake gives the car a slightly noticeable power increase. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good sound for their GTI! Also really simple to install yourself. Put my car on jacks and me and my step dad put it in within 45 minutes."

The hardware came in as promised (shipped one day, delivered the next). The unit was installed by an exhaust system service shop in one hour without any difficulty whatever at a cost of $50.00 for the one hour task. The quality and appearance are excellent. The sound is as grandson said it would be, noticeable but not excessively loud, actually a very pleasant "mild rasp". He is very happy with his birthday present. Thank you very much for the prompt delivery."

This exhaust was very easy to install, the hard part was getting all the old pieces off. Most of the pieces that they want you to reuse we had to buy because they were so rusted. Overall though the exhaust is a great addition to my Tundra! Sounds really good but not over obnoxious. I am now getting an extra 1 to 2 miles per gallon."
