Every effort was made to give me a stress free service. Appropriate measures were in place security wise to ensure that I was in fact the card holder. Every body was extremely polite and their enthusiasm was infectious. We have received hundreds of comments regarding the grills and as yet still have not seen anything like it in the UK..
