When seated in them, they slide down the seat and under your body. Besides just being loped around the headrest, some type of strap in the upper middle portion would be beneficial.

If it had Velcro on the part that goes over the headrest to tighten it around, the headrest base would rock. Put it on mine, and now it holds in place and does not sag. I would and will get another one when the time comes.
