It was easy, likely the easiest install of any custom add on I have ever done. Product is good too, perfect fit and good quality. Do note that this kit comes with the lens as well, which are not needed if the kit is for an Escalade - it is the same as the original. If the kit is for a pickup the lens assembly is a nice upgrade as it has chrome trim. "
