With the Remin exterior kit you can add extra chrome or carbon fiber accents to the places left unattended by the manufacturer. The exterior trim kit provides an effective and affordable solution to enhance the look of your vehicle. Choose from real carbon fiber, chrome, aluminum, and extreme modern colors. Advanced engineering and manufacturing process makes this product durable as well as resistant to scratching and UV damage. CAD design and latest laser technology guarantees an exact fit. The Remin kits are based on measurements taken on each individual vehicle model by the company's measuring team. These measurements are the base for the computer assisted design creating digital patterns that govern the CNC laser cutters producing the kits. Before any kit is commissioned for production, each piece is test fitted to an actual vehicle, to make sure that the fit is perfect and that the piece is easy to place. The CNC laser cutters ensure that every kit is cut to perfection with clean cuts. The advanced color match system ascertains that the factory match pieces get the very same pattern and color tone as the factory installed trim. The trim pieces are mounted with 3M automotive grade adhesive backing for secure permanent attachment. All trim parts, except the real metal parts, are coated in a scratch resistant, UV protecting polyurethane clear coat. This is a coating that never peels and keeps the color of the underlying material intact. With a Remin dash kit you will never have the problems encountered with traditional wood or wood imitation kits, where wood colors bleach and the protective coating peels. At that time it was to cold in Kansas to attempt the installation as recommended. I was able to finish the job this past weekend. Just followed instructions and completed in 2 days with no difficulties. I even took the Buick La Crosse back to the salesman that sold the car to me to show him what a great kit it was, he was really impressed. My cousin also bought a new LaCrosse and asked me if I got all-bells- and whistles- on it, and I showed him the full 64 piece kit and it blew him away. I will probably be ordering another kit for him."
