I talked to them directly. After contacting them they sent me a paypal request directly to my email and I recieved my part 3 days later. The bar took me less then a half hour to install on my SUV. Easiest company I've dealt with online."

Some plastic cutting required if you have the plastic splash guard under your engine. I removed mine completely...worthless anyway. Bolted right into Factory holes. Drilled holes for fog lights, but I don't see how fog lights would fit in front of the bumper the way it's installed. Not extremely sturdy, but then again it's bolt-on."
