But I keep tryin. Anyways I decided to try CARiD and ordered a set of these CCIŽ - 7" Wide Wheel Center Caps. I was so impressed with the way they looked on my truck they were perfect. But within the first day I lost 3 of them I was heart-broken and a little upset. Was it a defect or did I put them on wrong, i dont know. All I do know is what came next. An email from carid customer service re: susan then jose, then a call from brien@carid not once did they say you must of did something wrong or sorry we can't help you but instead they went over and above the call of duty. I do now have caps on my truck again and they're very nice. But on a different note, carid has proven something very important to me, they can and will stand behind there products and customer satisfaction is very important to carid and for that alone, I'm eternally grateful, I'm very pleased with my new caps. And I will buy more from carid.com. Their products are great, there pricing is fair but the customer service rocks. I've not seen better anywhere. Thanks again. Mark W."
