Sherwood trim products are made to the highest standards in the industry. All dash kit materials have been subjected to extensive UV testing, flammability testing, and abrasion and tensile testing before they have been passed for use in production.

Sherwood produces dash trim kits for a wide range of applications. 90 percent of the kits are graphic, 2-dimensional kits, fitting all surfaces that are flat or only bend one way. 3D components are used when needed, to cover areas with complex shapes that bend in more than one plane. The components are made with perfect match in colors, patterns and materials. Sherwood's advanced system for color and pattern match makes sure that the Sherwood dash kits provide a perfect match to original, factory installed dash components and to all Sherwood trim parts, such as steering wheels, grab handles and door panels.

Sherwood also offers some unique features that make their panels stand out from the competition. Rather than making cutouts for symbols printed on the original dash, Sherwood prints these symbols on the custom dash panels before applying the protective polyurethane clear coat. This makes for a true OEM look. For selected kits Sherwood also uses their proprietary and patented S-Tec Insert Technology. This exclusive feature combines any standard material with a chrome-like insert to create a new, exciting look. The same technology also allows Sherwood to make panels featuring custom logos provided by customers, and to make select kits with decorative stripes that imitate very exclusive marquetry, for an enhanced luxury look.
