The spoiler may be bolted on or secured with 3M™ automotive-grade double-sided tape, depending on application. It comes with all necessary mounting hardware and comprehensive instructions.
And although it can be ordered unpainted, we strongly encourage you to select the painted option. Our computerized paint mixing system enables us to guarantee that your spoiler will match your factory paint, and it’s unlikely that a local body shop will be able to paint your spoiler for less than the price difference.

Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "I made a pattern out of the shipping box using 4=5mm studs. By screwing the studs into the spoiler and pressing them through the cardboard, then tracing around the legs with a short pencil then I cut the cardboard even with the pencil marks at the rear of the legs next I measured to find center between the stud holes. Then I measured to find center of the trunk lid using painters tape to mark center on trunk lid. Then I placed card board on trunk making sure it was centered on marks and flush at rear leg marks. Then marked the holes in the trunk lid. Then drilled all four holes the holes in the aftermarket spoiler are not the same as the originals on the inside of the trunk there are 4= 5/8" clearance holes to tighten bolts they do not lineup with the aftermarket holes so 4 new 5/8''clearance holes had to be drilled for the mounting bolts. I also used a small bead of clear silicone for extra seal between the spoiler and the trunk lid. The paint matched great. A nice look."

Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "I got the spoiler pretty fast in a couple of days so that was good. Only thing is that I thought I was going to get a template to install the spoiler onto my car, which it did NOT come included. Now I have to order the template so I can install the spoiler but other than that I did get all the pieces to assemble/install but there was no instruction manual, other than that the delivery/order process was good."

It was a last minute Christmas purchase for my daughter. I thought that I was way too late to get a painted spoiler delivered during the hectic holidays, but at least I could put the printed gift receipt in a box for her. Well I was very surprised! The spoiler arrived within a week...just in time to get it wrapped-up and put under the tree (I mean, behind the tree)! The packaging was substantial and it arrived in perfect condition, just as it was promised. The look and quality was as good as what I'd get from the manufacturer. I would use CarID again without reservation."
